Product Overview
The Sleeve Printing Machine uses the Y500 rotary platform to print socks, sun-protection sleeves, arm guards and other flexible cylindrical textiles. Its 360° spiral printing workflow decorates the product around its circumference without cutting open the fabric. A compact footprint and straightforward control system make it suitable for small factories, customization studios and e-commerce production.

- THK precision guide rail: Stable linear motion supports accurate positioning during repeated and continuous production.
- Adjustable Z axis: Printhead height can be adapted to different textile thicknesses and cylindrical product profiles.
- Touchscreen and app control: Integrated touchscreen operation and mobile app control simplify setup and daily production.
- Matched curing workflow: A dedicated curing oven fixes disperse ink at approximately 180°C for around two minutes, according to the supplied process.
